Debating on leaving a review since I didnt like my service or experience but I am since my fingers are in pain and I’m still recovering. I came around 9pm and they close at 12am. From the beginning it wasnt friendly, I wasn’t offered any drinks until I started choking on my nail dust. I asked for builder gel on my natural nails and I know I was clear from the beginning. Unfortunately, the tech didnt understand and cut my nails so short since she thought I was getting tips. Yall when I tell you she was filing straight nail bed! I told her she was filing my nail bed and she kept going to fix the shape. It was so painful yall and I spent $70 to get my nails filed RAW. Application was 4/10 she took so long and didnt really know what she was doing. Each of my nails have that rip that burns and
My cousin and I came in for polish changes on both our hands and feet for her wedding. We didn’t have time for full manicures and pedicures. What should have been simple turned into a train wreck. English not being everyone’s first language is fine. Not having anyone available to help translate when Google translate wasn’t enough made things so stressful. We told them she was the bride and yet they almost ignored her and focused on me. The bride made them take off her fingernail polish because it was so poorly done and she didn’t even bother with her toes. She just left the salon to go by Target to get supplies to try and do her own nails for her wedding! My French manicure is okay. I’m going to have to redo my toes myself before tonight’s event. The polish is messy and they aren’t file
I’m going to give five stars because, although my first experience wasn’t perfect, I shared my feedback with them through a link, and within an hour, they tried to call me more than five times and even left a message asking me to come back and redo my nails at no cost. They made me feel so comfortable returning, without feeling intimidated or unsure, because they genuinely wanted me to have a good experience. They told me this wasn’t what they expect for their clients, and they want everyone to be happy and satisfied. I came back the next day, and my nails turned out amazing! I’m really grateful that they offered me a second chance, and that I gave them one too. Now I’ve found a wonderful place near my home to get my nails done at a fair price. I’m very happy and want to acknowledge and
This was the worst experience at a nail salon. I was arrived at the nail salon at 6:05pm. I got my eyebrows done, which was fine. After that, I was getting a French acrylic set with small cherries on one nail. I showed the tech a picture and they claimed they were capable. The tech took forever with this service which should have taken an hour and a half, I didn’t have any nails on, everything should have been simpler. The tech did a French tip that cover half my nail. Then he started on the cherries that covered my whole nail, nothing like the picture. I was clearly upset that I didn’t like them. The tech kept going. I asked him for the manager, she said that there was nothing wrong. He did exactly what the picture looked like. I asked for the nails to be taken off immediately. The manag
I haven’t really had a bad experience at this nail salon before, but yesterday (9/1/25) was by far the worst. I booked a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. The pedicure was perfect with no issues at all. However, the manicure was a completely different story. I requested a light blue color, but it came out dark grey. When I politely asked to change the color (and even apologized for the request), the nail tech got an attitude and rushed through the service. Instead of properly fixing it, she just painted over the darker color. The end result looked nothing like what I asked for. I don’t know if this nail tech is new, but if you come here, I recommend being selective about who you book with. I wish I had asked for someone more experienced, because my manicure was a very disappointing experi
