This is my go to. After exploring many options in the Des Plaines and Arlington Heights area, I always get a perfect mani pedi here. It’s clean, the techs are friendly. Always a positive experience.

I always have a wonderful experience here! They take great care of me every time, whether it’s nails, manicure, or pedicure. My non-chip polish never chips and lasts 3–4 weeks, and the quality is always perfect. Plus, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming!

My no chip manicure started peeling from the top and bottom of my nail beds within 4 days of getting my nails done. I pay so much for a no chip for it to last Atleast 2 weeks. I used to go in 2017 and quality was a lot better

Terrible experience — I do not recommend this salon at all. Wish there was an option for zero stars! I went in expecting a relaxing and professional service, but it was the complete opposite. First, the staff was rude and seemed annoyed to answer any questions. When I finally got seated, the nail technician rushed through the entire process and was rough with my hands. (It was obvious that they were short staffed and had booked more clients than they could handle). The tools did not look clean, which made me really uncomfortable. I politely asked for a fix, but she acted like it was my fault and made no real effort to fix it. The manager on site ARI has the absolute worst attitude. Rather than finding a resolution she becomes automatically defensive and makes the situation worse. (People
