Nail Bar Milwaukee – Downer Avenue

I never post reviews but, I cannot say enough about how great Dani is! I didn’t have the best experience with my first tech, but they made it right! They got me in the next day with Dani for a redo. Honestly the best manicure I have ever had and couldn’t be happier with the results!

The front desk staff at Nail Bar is friendly and helpful. The salon is impeccably clean and the layout has an excellent flow. Great vibes and music every time! Even though I'd prefer a massage chair during a pedicure (Nail Bar doesn't have them), I won't get my nails done anywhere else because the atmosphere and service at Nail Bar is unbeatable. I always book with Janie or Plor. In addition to doing flawless work, they are sweet and fun to chat with.

New to the area and saw this place had great reviews. I really wanted to like it, but my experience was such a let down. The woman who did my manicure was very rough in removing my old dip. The drill was burning my nail beds because of how fast she had it set to. Then, the acetone used for the soak off was scalding. When I told her it was too hot and hurting me, she said: “just move your fingers around in the bowl.” The final result turned out beautiful, but I was unable to relax throughout the service. A different woman did my pedicure, which went fine until it came to drying. I had issues with my left big toe drying properly. She repainted it twice and I ended up sitting under the dryer for 30 minutes. She came back to check them and told me they were dry, so I put my shoes on and left

a moment for the nails!!! after far too many bad experiences with other techs, i’ve found my gal! lexie is wonderful. despite being the last one in the salon, she didn’t make me feel rushed. my nails turned out exactly how i hoped!!

Lexie work is wonderful, she was extremely fast, very meticulous, and I simply loved the result. And she was very understanding that I didn't speak the language, it's become my favorite place.
