I’ve been going to nail art for years and I used to highly recommend them. Last week I had to cancel an appointment due to a death of a friend. I was able to reschedule the next day. When I arrived I was not greeted and my nail tech also did not acknowledge me other than to nod to come to her chair. After doing my nails I went over for my pedicure and my tech began lecturing me about how I canceled short notice. I explained that I called and apologized and had an issue that gave me no choice. She continued to tell me that I need to give a days notice. I made my appointment and canceled the same day so I wasn’t able to give that notice. Unfortunately life happens and I would have hoped that my past record of being on time and never having canceled would have been taken into account. I did n

Clean salon. But I made my appt last week and told them I’d be taking off builder gel and want builder gel for my nails. Turns out they don’t have builder gel or know what it is. I told Rosie I want pink French on nails and toes and I want a pink that’s dark enough so we could create my own line. So does my toes and starts to do the line and I can see my natural line through the polish. I’ve been there for an hr and half already so I said screw it. It’s time to get manicure and the girl who did pedi is getting ready to go. I’m like you’re not doing manicure? She said no. The guy said to wait another 15 mins to get my nails done. I just left. Paid 51 for a crappy pedi. I’ll just stick with Tony’s nails.

After reading many reviews in the area I decided to try Nail Art. So happy with my decision. I've had my nails done in many different states and different salons and Casey is one of the best. She make sure to shape and file them to perfection. And probably my favorite part is how thin they are yet they're sturdy. She also didn't shy away from a design that I popped on her. I've now talked to my mom into going and I can't wait to see what they can do for her. If you're trying to find a nail salon you will not be disappointed with nail art. They have a beautiful salon and the staff are all very friendly.

I needed a full acrylic set at the last minute for my elopement. This nail salon was so accommodating and scheduled me Saturday morning for a Saturday afternoon appointment. I was amazed by the quality of work for a last minute appointment! I asked for square nails with rounded edges and they didn't disappoint! The price was super reasonable for the quality of work. The acrylic was thick enough to be strong but still thin enough to feel delicate. I was really impressed by the. craftsmanship. The nail shape was pure artistry! The nail color was shiny and lacking in lumps or bubbles. I wasn't a regular before but they treated me well and I plan to be a regular in the future.

This place is gross and the staff are somewhat rude. I came into the salon for a manicure a few weeks ago. I made a last minute change to my requested service, and they were none too happy to accommodate my request (acrylic nails). As I was getting my nails painted, I noticed they had not performed any of the usual manicure routine (trimming nails, cuticles, etc). I felt frustrated, but then I glanced at their tools and felt okay about this because there was someone else’s dead skin all over their tools. From there, I noticed they do not use clean and sanitized tools or new disposable nail files for each customer. I’m fairly certain this is in violation of Virginia’s health code. The also did not do the best job painting my nails, although the design was well done. Overall, not worth the $
