Customer Reviews
The other reviews made me nervous but this was a satisfactory experience. I don’t get my nails done to talk my tech’s ears off or to have a servant at my feet. I come for a service and that’s what I got. I came, got my services, paid and left. She wore her headphones and I wore mine. They did cute/good work and that’s all I expect and require.
I just want to start this with they are not letting me put picture with this review So I came in, and I asked for a full set and a pedicure. I got my pedicure. First of all I gave her a picture of what I wanted the color to be. She didn’t have the color whatever instead of saying that she just gave me a random shade of blue whatever I’m not even stressing it we go to do my nails I wanted to be French tip same color instead of her doing the regular acrylic She put some random thing on my fingers and now it’s not even a week later or a week and a half later and they’re falling off my fingers like I spent $90 plus tip in there already and you telling me my nails is coming off not even two weeks later that doesn't make any sense and she only put one coat of polish on my nails, so they’re alre
I will not go anywhere else. My nails are always picture worthy!! The Ladies are professional and really care about your service. You will be happy and looking your best.
Update: NICE TRY. There is an older lady the mother and a younger lady (the daughter). This is the correct salon directly next to Wynnfield pizza, I’ve been here multiple times; the owner is rude & that’s that. The owner (younger Asian lady) is the farthest thing from friendly. It’s actually both amusing and mind boggling how bad of an attitude she has while attempting to run a business. The owner’s aura is not welcoming and actually deters clients from wanting to be serviced there. It’s not the staff, it’s the owner, not the mom, the daughter with the glasses. Rude and arrogant, unbelievable. Moral of the story is maam get it together, you do not know who is apart of the various organizations in the community, and you tend to treat clients with very little respect unless you know them
Z assisted me and offered amazing customer service. She is educated on nail care and just over all talented. She offers a creative eye to those who may not know what they want but know how they want to feel after their service. I also recommend getting the spa treatment 10/10.
