Nail 1st

Nana was so nice and professional while doing my French toes! She even helped me pick my colors and made the whole experience so easy. Best prices in town and great service — I’ll definitely be back! There isn’t a lot of places that know how to do French like these I’m impressed !

The young lady said they could do polygel toes and then proceeded to slap acrylic on my toes and argue with me. I was very unhappy with the result but they refused to change it saying my toes determined the lumpy misshapen outcome. I got my polygel toes at another place and they look beautiful, perfect even. The older lady with reddish hair did an excellent job on the pedicure. The dark haired older lady spoiled the entire experience putting acrylic on my toes, doing my manicure, and painting my nails.

I hate to write this review, but I feel like I had no choice but to do so. I’ve been going to this nail salon for years and I thought I was a valued customer until this evening. I came in for a manicure since my nail was chipped from my nails I got for Valentine’s Day which was only about 2 weeks ago. I got there at 7:10pm and they close at 8pm. The door was still open, but as soon as I walked in, I was waved off and told to come back tomorrow. No other customers were in there. The nail salon techs and owner were just gathered around talking. I could completely understand if they were busy, but they literally just didn’t want to do my nails. I was heartbroken to be honest. I drove almost 30 minutes out of my way just to be waved off after giving them over 5 years of my business and even br

I will NEVER go back here. Can I give ZERO stars? I needed to have my three of my nails repaired. I walked in and they treated me immediately as an inconvenience. They told me I would have to wait. I was the only customer there. One lady was watching tv. One was doing the other ones nails. And one was watching them. When they finally got to me, they did a terrible job, left a glob of glue running down my finger, and did a terrible job matching the shape of my other nails. I will have to shape myself because they are all three not rounded. Terrible Terrible place. My nails are soft … and it’s supposed to be dip. In the photos, it’s the pink nails they did. It’s been 15 minutes and they are already all scratched up.

The first time they did my toenails they made me wait because I only wanted a design. I said no to the pedicure. Two people came in after me and were seen before me. I had to seat myself. The staff is not very personable and only in business to make money. $30 is $30 it all adds up. I live in the area so if they treated me right, I would have returned every three weeks, but not happening now. I'll drive out of the way to a place that appreciates my business. The second time I came back because they were one of the few open on Easter Sunday. The same thing happened again. I was asked what did I want and I said a design. “That's it,” the woman asked. I said, yes. She said no person would be available for thirty minutes. I walked out and another lady walked in and was seated.
