Jenn cut and styled my hair! I was very pleased with the way she cut and styled my hair! She was very friendly, listened to how I wanted my hair and made me feel so comfortable! I will be back!

i had been going there for years since i was a kid, just out of habit. it took my fam a while to realize that the girl we were seeing wasn't very good at cutting hair. not bad at all, but just not anything great. they are very casual at Nadia's, and i never thought anyone was rude, but i can see how people would take it that way. i'm also pretty sure my hairdresser is anti-vax now so im not comfortable seeing her anymore. i've been somewhere new twice now and wow they are so much better and the price is much better too!!

“0 star” Scheduled an appointment a month out for my daughter , prior to us scheduling we showed them what she wanted to schedule the appointment accordingly and even received an estimate. We weren’t seen until 15 minutes into our appointment (not a big deal) but then just to be told there was a scheduling issue and they didn’t have the time to color my daughter’s hair based on what she wanted. I don’t see why the customer needs to understand the error they made on their part for over booking there stylist. Accommodations should have been made. We were very clear when scheduling. After talking to my daughter about other ideas in order to keep our appointment. Horrible haircuts. My hair was butchered twice. (I gave the salon a second chance after the person who cut my hair on the 1st to visit left the salon shortly thereafter. I assumed there would be an improvement in the hiring. I was wrong.) It looks like I have two different haircuts on either side of my head. One side is more layered; The other side is too full. I insisted the haircut was uneven, and I was told it would look different when I styled it at home. A large chunk has been cut out of the lower left side. A second stylist stepped in after the first left most areas untouched (she admitted there were long strands and would have to talk to the first stylist. I told her I needed my hair evened out, and it was still left uneven.
