This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever been in if you don’t specialize in a wash & roller set & wrap say so the owner was not there the girl barely washed my hair then they say the owner gonna come n finish by the time she got there my hair was dry practically she proceeds to roll the hair with thes gi normous rollers maybe 6 in my hair when it’s dry she is gone the girl signals do want comb im like its suppose to be wrap she grabs her black paper then walks out again not knowing what to do im asking for owner she left at this point im truly frustrated i ponytailed my hair n left VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!

Brought my daughter there last week for a wash, conditioner, silk press and trim. Walked in and the woman was on the couch sleeping. She asked if we had an appointment, we said yes. Then asked what the appointment was for. We told her. She sighed closed her eyes for a few more minutes and then finally got up. I should've walked out. We don't sit at a regular salon chair/booth although there were plenty. No one else was there. She puts my daughter at the very front of the place, in front of the outside window, drags over some supplies that did not look professional. She is about to start pressing my daughter's hair and I tell her again, my daughter is supposed to get a wash with conditioner and a trim. She says sorry and takes my daughter to the back to wash her hair. My daughter tells me
