0 stars. I do not recommend service, unprofessional. In September 2025, I went for my first micro needling session to treat minor Post Inflammatory Erythema I had. After each session my skin only seemed to get worse. When I went in for my appointments there were a few occasions I had an active pimple or two that was on my face. I asked the woman who was performing my treatment if that would spread bacteria and she said, “no we will hit that last so it doesn’t spread.” My skin showed the complete opposite. Not even days after treatment my whole face was painfully hot and infected. I just recovered from the infection by going and spending thousands on my lovely esthetician who had to kill most of the bacteria on my face. Nabi Medical Aesthetics was absolutely amazing! I had my first Nabi Duo treatment a week ago (1/3), and I’m already so happy with the results. I’ve struggled with pretty bad acne scars for a long time, and seeing this improvement has been truly life-changing for me. The staff — were so welcoming and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m really looking forward to my next appointment!!

You can tell the team truly cares about each other and their clients. Tara and Lisa made me feel so comfortable with my procedure; they took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and made sure I felt prepared before and after my appointment. Their kindness and expertise mean so much. I’m so grateful for them and highly recommend Nabi to anyone considering a medi spa treatment!

From the moment you walk in you know you’re in for a treat. Maddie warmly greets you and gets you excited for your treatment. Lisa is an absolute gem. Her demeanor is always so calm and she’s super personable and knowledgeable about every treatment and most of all- so gentle and patient! If I could bottle the whole staff and take them home with me I would. And talk about RESULTS! Wow! It’s really the best place for aesthetics around. It doesn’t hurt that the coffee they give you is my favorite too!

I had a neurotoxin injection done by Dannielle Paris at Nabi Aesthetics in Scranton, and it was such a great experience! Dannielle was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and really took her time to make sure I was comfortable and informed. The entire appointment felt relaxed, and the results speak for themselves — subtle, natural, and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend her and Nabi Aesthetics
