had an amazing experience at Nara’s Dominican Hair Salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, positive, and so comfortable. The care and attention they give to their clients is truly outstanding. My highlights came out absolutely beautiful—exactly what I wanted. They were done with so much precision and care, and my hair feels healthy, soft, and well treated. You can really tell they care about the health of your hair, not just the final look. A huge thank you to Dayana, my hairstylist, for her amazing work, patience, and attention to detail. She truly exceeded my expectations and made the entire experience even better. I urge you to stay away from this establishment. It breaks my heart to write this review because I left with severely damaged hair after my visit. They neglect their customers and seem more focused on chatting with each other. I arrived with thick, beautiful curly hair and left with burnt and ruined locks. To sum it up, I have no hair left; it all fell out in the shower. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM, but when I arrived, the stylist I booked was busy with another client, which left me confused. A random lady washed my hair, but she was rough and didn't take the time to do it properly. After that, I was left waiting under the dryer for quite a while until the stylist could attend to me. When she finally did, she rushed through my hair carelessly, ignoring how many times she passed the

It was my first time at the Naara salon and I really enjoyed the experience. Dayana was kind and welcoming. Everyone was nice, heard my requests, and had my hair looking beautiful. I came for a blow dry, trim, and deep condition. Update: The only thing is they cut more than I requested. I asked to cut an inch (as I often wear my hair natural so I retain length for less styling manipulation). As you can see in the photo that was clearly more than an inch. Now, I’ll probably have to wear my hair straight for the next 6 months to regrow. It looks pretty so I’m not mad. But this is often the concern I have when going to salons. I understand health of hair is important. But I’ve went the big chop route many of times and it often left my hair more damaged because I would have to manipulate it

I had a disaster at a previous salon and dayana help me so much. She was patient with me, helpful and cared about my hair. I had yellow hair before this and she brought it to to color I want. Definitely coming here for now on.

Friendly costumer service very welcoming atmosphere the ladies where very nice. I got my first perm and I was little overwhelmed if the experience will be exhausting they made it easy and comfy. So happy about the results and hoping to comeback and recommend to others.
