I have driven past this salon literally hundreds of times. I was finally motivated to make an appointment a few days before a business trip. Upon calling, I was able to speak with Toney himself and discussed a few different hair strategies. I went in for my appointment. If you are familiar with the location of the Waipahu Plantation Market (old Big Way grocery), then you know that there is free public parking but the lot can get backed up due to the marketplace. Still, if you schedule at the right time, parking can be plentiful. The salon is small but very clean. Toney is very balanced at working on longer clients like myself who need color/cut/style and working in short clients for haircut only, etc. I ❤️ ❤❤ my color!! Toney listened to everything I said and the color came out spot on!
