I’ve been to Lynsee twice now and I love everything about visiting Nova Salon. I have very long, thick hair that I strive to keep as low maintenance as possible on the day-to-day. Which I’ve learned is 10x easier to do when you invest in the right person to cut, color and style your hair. For me, Lynsee is that person. And she is worth every single dime. The atmosphere at Nova is luxurious but not over the top… it’s comfortable and caters to the individual’s need for that day. Like if I need to bust out my computer while I’m there to get some work done - it is set up to accommodate. All of the touches are thoughtful and quirky. The decor is modern and whimsical. I am so happy with the service, expertise and atmosphere. And highly recommend for anyone who cares a lot about their hair!

I’ve always had a great experience at this salon because of the stylist that worked there, Emmie, Makaylan, and Kristan. All of which who no longer work there because Lynsse, the owner, has no idea how to run a business and behaves like a 16 year old high school bully. I brought my sister to this salon yesterday from GA. A 3 hour drive and it was genuinely an awful experience. Lynsse is insanely unprofessional. She completely ignored that my sister and I were even there… even when we were in the same room as her. She even sat and ate her lunch in the same room as me and my daughter and not once acknowledged us. Let me mention again that this LADY owns this salon. My sister was SO pleased with her services provided by Emmie but said that she will gladly never return simply to not give Lynss

If there was a way to leave 0 stars, I would. Not because I am unhappy with the service I received (from a stylist who is fortunately no longer at this salon). But because this older woman was stomping around people and talking horribly about other stylists who worked in the salon. Loudly. It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering the fact that she looked significantly older than the rest of the stylists, so I feel she could be setting a better example for younger generations on how to behave professionally in a work environment. I was there for several hours, and she never acknowledged or greeted anyone in the salon except for the two clients she worked on while I was there. When she was finished for the day she grabbed all of her stuff and slammed the door

The absolute, best hairstylist in Huntsville!! She took my purple shampood hair and made it completely natural blonde! My hair looks so amazing and I will be back forever! Her salon is relaxing, with a drink menu and snacks. She is taking getting your hair done to the next level.

Lynnse did my hair and she borderline ruined it. She under processed the hell out of it and let me leave with the back of my head orange TWICE. I got bleach on the scalp to touch up my roots and she literally couldn't manage to let my hair process long enough, and I guess she assumed I'd never see the back of my head because she never bothered to correct it. After telling her how disappointed I was with my hair, she refused to fix it and told me "good luck!" So unprofessional! I posted my experience to Facebook and received another message from Lynnse telling me my hair was a color correction and that she told me my hair wouldn't match before we got started. Girl, are you joking? I had maybe an inch and a half of new growth, that is not a color correction. Plus, why would I spend almost
