N Nails

I come here and the man was so mean I don’t remember his name he’s bigger with a hunch back though, I asked for a acrylic overlay but before he finished I noticed he didn’t know how to really do them so I said I wanted to change to regular acrylic nails short, he cursed me out in English and his language for the whole duration of the rest of the appointment and was ruff and just cursing me outttttttt, I didn’t say anything I just ignored it but it made me so uncomfortable. But he was so unprofessional, and mean especially because I’m paying for it and it’s not my fault he don’t know how to do an acrylic overlay, also there was no one else in the nail shop so it wasn’t like it was a lot of people waiting to get their nails done and it wasn’t closing time or anything. This shop is terrible. All people but especially Black women should stop frequenting this shop because we deserve better. It is dirty, outdated and the staff is extremely rude. The work is terrible. There’s only 4-5 workers and the outcomes vary. If you have a problem they will make it absolutely difficult for you to get it fixed. I don’t know how they are still open after years of operating like this.

I went here in 2019 and swore I would never return after my nails were misshapen, but I returned late Saturday night in a rush for a fill in. The shop is dirty/dusty, no soap in the bathroom, and in need of an update. My main issue is Sau made a mistake on my nails and I told him to correct it please; he finished them and I told him that the mistake was blatant. He became rude, rough and when I was speaking to the woman next to me yelled at me to, 'STOP TALKING! DON'T TALK!". I was angry because why yell at me, I had to BEG the shop owner to get me out his chair and someone else to do my nails. Terrible experience and won't be returning.

Tommy did a really great job on my nails! I told him what i wanted and he worked his magic. Plus there wasn't a wait. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and efficient. I have horrible looking feet as I am a nurse. The made my feet soft and pretty. Great place.
