N C Nails

My daughter took me out to get our nails done this past week. They were very nice and got us in fast. I did notice that the sign outside was misleading. The price was about 10 difference from what was advertised. I had basic gel nails, which I really like. My daughter picked out the color. She got acrylic nails and the gentlemen was very nice and took his time with her. Overall they did a very good job. The inside of the shop was pretty run down and could use some updates.

Everyone is nice, but the ventilation is not good at all, they don’t have little suction tables for the nail dust do it gets EVERYWHERE (yes I know to expect some but it’s significantly less when u have the vacuum table). I requested gel overlay and a positive note, the nail tech was able to craft a nail extension so I did not need tips, but failed to file a SQoval and left it filed uneven on every nail. So I had to refile when I went home. I asked for the overlay to be thinned out to a natural feel and they left it thick and got frustrated when I kept asking them to refill certain nails to my liking. In addition to not filing properly they overlayed IN MY NAIL BED. So I had to dig out my nail bed and clip off the gel so it would take the pressure off, because it was literally sore. I will

Just wanted basic pedicure. I thought how bad can it be? I wasn't prepared for this bad. First the place is straight up nasty. Should have left immediately. Upsell comes first. No base coat. No top coat AND the lady blew on my toes to dry them. 20 minutes start to finish. May last a week. Never again.

Rush job, poor service, two different shades of polish on each hand. Charged for so called gel nails which ARE NOT true gel nails. Do not go here!!!

The work is great. You know it’s great work when people constantly ask to see your nails and knows your nail tech. Highly recommended
