I love coming to Jenny. I have frizzy dry curly hair so getting my hair straightened usually last me 2-3 days before it starts getting frizzy but with Jenny ?? My hair goes 3-4 weeks straight with no fly away. She’s very nice and explains each process, I love the way she cuts my hair as well it fits my face shape perfectly. You definitely pay for an amazing service that will last and even at wash days my curls still come back which is a plus 😍

I’ve been going to Myunike for years, which makes this even more disappointing to write. I specifically asked for a balayage-style highlight, but instead received what looked like a full set of traditional highlights — not at all what I requested. To make matters worse, during the appointment my sweater was ruined in the process. Accidents happen, but there was no real accountability or solution offered for that either. Because of my limited schedule, I returned the following week to have the color corrected. Even though I was coming back to fix something that wasn’t done as requested, I was still charged for a blowout. When I later asked for a refund, it was refused. After being a loyal client for years, I expected better communication, more care, and at minimum some accountability. Un
