Mystic Nail Spa - Spa in Pensacola

Made a reservation online for a full set and a pedicure. Ruby immediately greeted me and we got started right away. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said, "I can do that!" Made me feel super comfortable in her chair and hands. She worked fast, but efficiently and I nearly fell asleep with how gentle she was. I was just passing through for the holidays, but it was definitely one of the better experiences I've had at a nail salon.

Love, love, LOVE this place!! I have been to sooo many nail shops in pensacola and this one really did its big one for me! I’ve went twice and the first time I went my nails stayed on for two months when other nail shops i’ve been to stayed on for a month or less. Would 100% recommend.

I absolutely love this place. One of my fav nail places. Kelly is the BEST!!!! Always recommend her. But the guy who works there is RUDE(I think he may be the owner)!! He has no compassion for others. He is constantly coughing without covering his mouth and basically in your face while working on your nails and that’s disgusting. The last thing is I think it’s highly unprofessional for him to be on his phone constantly. He will literally be doing my nails and stop to text people and watch YouTube videos. Like I said the girls are great and Kelly needs a raise.

The pedicure service was relaxing and thorough. They removed all the dry skin and gave a wonderful massage. My toes look neat and polished. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long week.

Had a great experience, had dip nails done and toes painted. I’ll be coming back. Not the best pictures. But a good job. Oh yeah, only place I know who did my cuticles with a dip. Normally most don’t care. So glad they did mine
