The old Russian lady that’s the owner is very nasty omg! Her customer service is the worst! I went their to check the place since I live near by and it’s convenient for me to pass buy and order for my store in the city ( Halo salon NYC ). I was willing to spend $$$$ but her vibe is so negative and every time I asked a question she responded so nasty I immediately walked away. Idk if it was because I don’t speak Russian? But it doesn’t matter what ethnicity you are a business ( IF YOU WANT MORE CUSTOMERS) should always have good customer service. She clearly didn’t know who she was talking to but as far as me I would NEVER go back and will pass the voice to friends around the area. Good vibes bring good business if you want your business to grow. Don’t be nasty to people because thanks to
