Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy

I had been experiencing hip/pelvis pain for 3 months. I wasn't getting any answers from my primary doctor. I was frustrated and felt defeated. I was worried i would just have to deal or live with this pain. I had a free consultation with Makayla and I FINALLY got answers and a direction to fix my pain. She had a plan for me! My first session with her was so helpful and I'm looking forward to my next appointment for cupping. Chronic pain can be debilitating and depressing. Myo-Fit has shown me how important our musculoskeletal health is.

I always leave MyoFit feeling better than I came in! Makayla does a great job of explaining everything and she helps get to the areas that are tight and painful. I had dry needling yesterday & it helped almost immediately!
