The recent not so great reviews made me wary but I’m glad I went anyway! I made an appointment online and called to confirm it was set. They confirmed with me and no hiccups about me and my fiancé being able to have a couples massage. Decent massage for the price point, definitely got out some tension I had in my neck! Not the greatest massage I have ever had, but definitely helpful for what it was and can’t really complain for $130 for a couples massage. Weird thing was you had a beach towel you laid underneath vs a sheet.

I traveled from far to get massages here because my experience since 4 years ago had been pleasant and the massages good. But each time it is time to pay, the masseuse and the person behind the desk will hover over to see how much tip you will give. Today, I turned the pay screen away, and afterwards, Lee went back into the screen and told me to give my masseuse more tip. I was absolutely shocked!!! I have recommended all my friends to this place. But to be begged for more tip was disappointing. Also, no one speaks English except the manager. If you have special massage instructions, not understanding you, they will just smile and laugh or call the manager if you really need them to understand what you're saying. Not sure if I will return. And I might take my friends along with me somewher

I believe most of the posted reviews to this place are planted. We had a very sub-par experience. The massage started 7 minutes late and ended 3 minutes early. That’s 1/6 of a 60 minute massage. We were not spoken to AT ALL before the massage began. Nobody asked about injuries, preferences, etc. The tone from the beginning was rushed. I felt like the masseuse was just racing to get to the end of the massage and when the loud doorbell rang 45 minutes into the massage and she left the room—leaving me on the table—the check in the next guest, I knew why. They book appointments back to back to back with no time in between for transition. This establishment is extremely unprofessional. They take random appointments that they dont honor. They also suddenly called me asking for money for a cancellation I made a year before and being extremely rude. I highly advise going somewhere else.

If you have a gift card and book online, they will charge your credit card to hold the spot. When you present the gift card, they will charge you a $25 fee to refund your credit card. Very disappointing. Will never purchase gift cards again from M and Y.
