Absolute worst experience ever! Male tech ruined my real nails! Told him many times during the process the errors and he just made it worst!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Go to Pro Nails for true professional experience!!!!!! Nails lopsided and uneven! Couldn’t even lay clear polish evenly! Complete waste of money!!!!! Wish I could give -100 stars

Went here for the second time for there at 10:30 at 12:30 was still waiting on won workers doing nails was charged way more the second time for the exact same service the lady who did my eyebrows asked if I like a pedicure I’m Like sure I’m just sitting here for an appointment customer to walk right in and then rushed my service after recruiting me for the pedicure in the first place ! I left without no polish and paid $103 dollars they charged $55 to fill in and $35 two weeks prior for a fill in ! A lady there was told $49 for a pedicure than charged $79 while I was there ! They lost my business!!! Eye brows only from now on !!!!! Bad customer service don’t understand English well at all !!!

Definitely not ! Attitudes were horrible from the minute we walked in . And spent $40 on nothing . I asked for an extra layer and it still looks like nothing . This is supposed to be bubble bath . In the pink nails , you can see a thousand streaks !

I will never go to this place again. I visited this salon on Tuesday 8-23-22 and as you can see from the pictures of my nails. How the gel polish has bubbled up and chipped. Now I will say the only thing and when I say the only thing they got right were my feet. A young lady started doing my nails but when one of her customer's was finish with her pedicure she went to start doing her nails. The man that sits at the reception desk took over to finish up my nails. I was under the assumption that my nails would last me at least a good month but to my dissatisfaction they didn't last 4 days before the polish started to bubble. Let's just say the $86 that I paid will be the last $86 they will ever get from me.

I will NEVER go to this salon again! The lady that did my nails cut me several times with the machine and was filing my nails super hard! I’ve never experienced something like this before and then she acted like she didn’t want to apologize. I had the worst attitude and my nails look like a rushed job with acrylic on the back of the clumped together! Never again.
