DO NOT GO TO ANNA CARRILLO!! Let me preface this by saying I am not one to write reviews but after my experience, I feel I have to. I had been going to Anna for quite some time as she would always cut my bangs. Recently, I had decided that I wanted to add some blonde to my all natural light brown hair. I sent Anna some inspo photos and went in to see her the following day. The entire experience left me in tears. My hair turned out extremely streaky and uneven all over. When I had expressed I did not particularly care for the big streaks in my bangs, Anna had then said she would fix and bring them back to my original color to make it less harsh. She had tried to cover it up with brown dye THREE times. My bangs then turned black… they were so dark, like shades and shades darker than my natu

I love My Salon Suites!!! Worked with sola salons for 8 years and now with my salon. What a difference this has been. Management at my salon is always responsive and really hears your concerns. They actually fix things in a timely manner. And unlike a corporate studio setting the owners are working right with you. No middle man!!!!

I scheduled a cut and consult with Lexi of Love Your Mane within My Salon Suites. That appointment went well and we scheduled a balayage appointment for 6 weeks later. Two hours before that appointment she texted claiming she had a sick kid and needed to re-schedule. I have kids so I get it. I was understanding and asked what her next availability was. Unfortunately she completely ghosted me and I never heard from her again. I’m sure other stylists are amazing at My Salon Suites but people like Lexi give the entire model a bad name as there is no accountability or professionalism.

I loved when my hairdresser moved in to My Salon I was so excited! It is clean, appears to be well managed and a one stop shop for so many of my self care needs! I would tell you how AMAZING Laura Joy is with my hair, but I won't, so you don't steal my favorite appointment times.
