Got my lash extensions done for the first time in eight years! It was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. Jasmine was very professional reassuring. She customized my lashes to my liking and went the extra mile to make sure I liked them. The suites were buzzing with all types of services and I will definitely check out more because of the environment. 👍🏽👍🏽

Lynette is my loctician at this location and she does a fantastic job. I have been looking for a reliable and professional loctician and I finally found her. The building is always clean and smells good. Plus I can get my nails done right after my hair! Love this one stop shop!

April (the barber chic)my stylist does an awesome job. My cut was just how I liked it and her twist are perfect. I always have popping curls!

Ruby Massey is very unprofessional. She doesn’t respond to tenants and everyone is leaving because of her communication!!! I would give a zero star if I could. She doesn’t go by the law in the state of Tennessee. She does what she feels. I texted her no response, but when someone texted her about a possible new tenant she called them immediately. She talks about her tenants to other tenants. She horrible!!! I’m adding the messages that was sent to me from her. She only say business hours when it something you need!! She will take call about someone moving in after business hours, but if a tenant has a concerns it’s after business hours.

Horrible!! Very unprofessional if you Ruby email and call you and you don’t respond when you need something as tenant she’s doesn’t either!!! It’s like a game when renting from her, she’s very personal and not business oriented, when it comes to business. She ready to move you in, but not ready to handle request when needed!!! She’s telling me to calm down when I’m not the one being aggressive. Just wonted my things. Telling me stop calling her when she was the one who texted first TODAY! Oh and you do have to give a person notice before revoking their access!!
