I absolutely love being at My Salon Suite - Brookfield! The space is clean, professional, and gives me the freedom to run my business smoothly. Any time I need assistance, John and Crystal are always quick to respond and super helpful. Whether it's a maintenance issue or a general question, they’re on it right away. I really appreciate how attentive and supportive they are, it makes all the difference. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a suite that feels like a true home for your business!

Monika takes care of my hair. She is extremely attentive and takes her time to make sure what she is doing is exactly what you want. She is very friendly and when I am there I feel peaceful. Her space is quiet and quaint. I highly recommend her.

I was a renter at My Salon Suite for over two years, and my experience was far from positive. While I enjoyed the company of fellow renters, many of whom left around the same time I did due to the high rent and problems. I encountered numerous issues from the moment I moved in. Firstly, despite promises that my rent would remain stable for a couple of years, my rent unexpectedly increased. Additionally, the suite I received was tiny and in poor condition; I had to purchase my own chair and table, and the space was not cleaned before I moved in. When I decided to leave to open my own salon, I was hit with a charge of nearly $1,500 for wall patching and replace a stained sink countertop that was not damaged by me. I’ve been at my salon suites for the past 2 years & couldn’t say enough positive things about it here! John &Crystal are so gracious and kind. They’re always easy to get a hold of when I need them, and they were so helpful with starting my business up. I couldn’t have done it without them 🩷

The place was very comfortable and nice. Nail tech was very friendly and down to earth. She did a great job on my nails. Will be back in 2 weeks!
