i went here like around last year and a part of my hair was already really damaged but one of the girls still put developer and toner in it and tugged on it with her comb which made me have a significant loss of hair in the back and costed around $200+ for something i could’ve done better at home and have less damage AND look better, i came out looking like a granny because my hair got toned grey instead of any shade of blonde which i was told i was getting
