My Nails & Spa

I’m giving zero stars. The Saturday before the snow storm I made an appointment 5pm. I went in it started out great but then I felt like the lady was rushing when she applied gel polish and then made a mistake and instead of removing all of the polish she buffed out the one spot and just painted over it again. She didn’t ask me what I wanted just started doing her own thing. I also had a pedicure. And when she was done doing my nails she started rushing me out the door, I said I made an appointment for a pedicure as well. She rushed through that and it was not relaxing at all. I left more upset and annoyed. I don’t normally complain but my nails is the one thing I do for myself. So I left and I was just going to deal with what I got but then on Tuesday the tip popped right off. It had only

Truly zero stars is representative of the service we received today. This comment is just for me though. I will never ever return. The pedicure my bestie and I experienced were 360 degrees different. We sat there and watched one female technician give far superior attention than the other older female technician as we sat next to each other. The hot stones and pumice stone were minimally used and there was hardly any massaging done. You can see my polish has no consistency in application. I had extra skin on one area on one foot and they wanted me to pay for special treatment when the scissors or my finger could have peeled it off. If they used the tools they had better or more, than my feet would have at least felt and looked better. She eventually used her scissors when she asked the mal

There are pros and cons with this nail shop. The staff is extremely polite. I praise the fact that they were extremely gently with the filing/grinding. The shop is very clean and up to date. Cons I had over an hour wait with other clients being seated before me even though the owner mentioned to another customer that I had already been there an hour. It took the people to do my 💅 which aren't difficult in style. They couldn't do the first design I asked for. And my full set with design on two nails came to $50.00.

Rosa did a great job with my gel manicure. I mentioned to her that they were my wedding nails. She made sure they were perfect!

Had a wonderful first experience at this salon my nail tech Mila was wonderful and did a great job I will be going back for sure
