Tracy & the other lady’s that work @ My Nails & Spa are absolutely wonderful! Let me just say that I have never had an experience like I had today! The customer service was phenomenal and they did an Amazing job on my nails and toes, so good that I fell asleep & It was nice that They didn’t make me feel bad because I did. I was treated like a queen, I was served Fresh Pizza & a bottle of water (an added bonus that Was a first for me...) This place was highly recommended by the girl that works at the Wells Fargo by my house so, I went all out and got the full works & I’m so glad that I did!! Here’s what I got: *full set ombré & nail design/diamonds +cuticles cut and finger nails trimmed *extra $5 I Highly recommend) *deluxe pedicure w/ gel +designs/diamonds & the extra 5 min message for $5)

My end result was perfect. But she was rough and when I brought up her cutting up my cuticles - they were red and almost bloody she said nothing. Then she grabbed the alcohol so I asked her to be careful and she said yeah sure sure but still poured it on heavy. Stung bad. The whole service I was saying ow! but she didn’t care. I asked for regular nail polish and she acted like she didn’t understand me until I agreed to do gel. I won’t be coming back.

I love this nail salon. They really take their time and get it right Everytine! I also love their nails guarantee! I never have to worry about paying for a broken nail within the 7 days because they will fix it for free. Those ladies are so sweet

First time here. Tracy took me before closing very last minute. She stays open a little later than most too. Not only convenient, but she did a fill and color change on nails another salon did not do so great on. She has very good customer service too. She doesn’t rush, and makes sure you are totally satisfied. My nails look great! I have found my new new salon.
