My Nail & Spa

Normally I would never write a review but I am so disappointed with the nails and the cost! I will never be returning to this nail salon. It’s hard to see in the photos but I have so many cuts along my cuticles. The flower design on my two ring fingers came out to $30 which I really think is crazy. The last photo is my inspiration vs what I received.

When we first came into the shop the man at the first booth was extremely rude. He definitely has no business talking to customers. My son came to get his nails done and in the middle of the service she demands payment. When I asked her why he was paying in the middle of his service and not at the end she tells me it’s policy. I found that to be funny because I get my nails done here every 2 weeks and have never been asked to pay for my service in the middle of being serviced. Definitely not getting my nails done here anymore. Edit to add: after this man was rude as hell to us he had the audacity to ask for a tip lol I can’t make this stuff up

The worst experience I’ve had getting my nails done. The guy I got did not do well on my nails and when I asked him to fix he got upset. The people are not kind there or welcoming. Do not recommend at all! Way overpriced for such a bad service.

I called ahead to check availability, owner said they can do it right away but we had to wait 40mins until we got seated. Lady who did my nails was very nice, even though her work was not great. I never went to a salon which had such bad result. It started to peel on the second day. I don’t think it is worth $50 (including tip) for this kind of work and wait time.

I went in for a powder dip nails and a Pedi. The girl who did my Pedi was nice and did a good job. The tech (Helen) was on her name tag she did the dip powder. My right ring finger is wonky due to an accident. I normally let the nail techs do whatever they think is ok. I explained that it had acrylic that was put the previous time I went. She proceeded to put a fake nail on top. I wasn't sure where she was going with this but I let her do her work. There was literally a gap in between my nail and the fake nail she put on top. She was trying to play it off as if everything was fine and put oil and lotion on my hands and was like ok good done. I looked at the nail and told her NO, IT'S NOT GOOD. CAN YOU FIX IT? Her solution was to snip the tip of my nail and said it was done. I told her aga
