My Happy Feet Naperville

Worst experience ever. I arrived at the Happy Feet in Naperville off of 59 and the door was locked. I had to call and ask what was going on and she said the guy was running late. A couple minutes after my scheduled time, someone arrived and opened the door. I was the only person there and I believe his name was Zack, the man doing the massage, lectured me on losing weight, asked me about my portion size for dinner, and he had the nerve to ask me how much I weighed. I called and spoke with the owner who said this guy acted like a doctor with his advice, and he was just trying to be helpful. Then she asked if I at least liked the massage because he helps so many people. I explained how I was uncomfortable that he climbed on top of me to do part of the massage. She offered a partial refund,

Let me get something straight. The foot massages are excellent. But this review is about their full body massage. It was not a good experience. It was too cold. I asked my person to possible turning up the thermostat and she declined several times. Also I asked her to focus on my neck and shoulders and she barely touched them. It was just not good.

I've never had a foot massage before and this was a great experience. From the greeting, to the introduction of the individual who would take upon the task of my feet (LOL), and making sure I was comfortable with the pressure being applied with the massage. You will love the ambiance and the professionalism, via the staff, of this facility.

Most amazing place ever - I love the special care and package ! I want go back so badly I love Happy Feet so sad when no happy ended
