My Friends Nail Spa

Had another great experience here. I’ve been three times, twice with Sammy and most recently with Bella. Sammy did my nails for my engagement shoot and I was obsessed. I saw Bella today and she also did a great job. Bella was very detail-oriented while being efficient. In no way have I ever felt rushed here. I appreciate how Sammy and Bella paid attention to the side of my nails, as I sometimes feel that other places don’t go all the way to edge. My nails also last a long time. I will be back!

I have been to this nail salon 4 or 5 times with great experience at each. I’ve recommended this salon to friends. HOWEVER, this last time (Friday August 29th around 3 PM) I was rushed through the UV curing light during my gel manicure (but I trusted the tech to know more than me so I went with it) and my nails began peeling Saturday night while I was at a wedding. I took a picture Sunday morning for proof but did not call because I figured I’d just go in as soon as I could. The earliest I could get back was today (Saturday 9/6 around 12 PM) I went in with the pictures and my nails (see other photos of how they’ve all been peeling terribly) asking for a re-do at a discount. They told me I was outside of the 7 day window (by less than 24 hours), and they could only redo “one nail” for free…

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after multiple instances where I was rushed out and treated rudely even with having an appointment but this most recent time they charged me $25 for gel x removal which was not specified on their website, and now my fingers look like this.

This was a random stop before getting a plane right home. They were THE most friendly salon we’ve ever been to. They really went above and beyond and even did a color change multiple times on toes because it wasn’t the perfect color. We got pedicures and the leg and foot massages were out of this world great! It was really like sitting with friends and having a relaxing pedicure done. Would highly recommend !! Thanks ladies 😘

I had a great manicure from Lara the first time I came here- she was friendly and did a great job. It had been difficult to get a walk in appointment (even though their sign says walk ins welcome) so the next time I did an online booking for a pedicure the night before I wanted to get one. When I looked on the app right before my appt to confirm the time, I saw that there was a “softgel” manicure service also on there somehow. Whether I accidentally added it (I was also trying to schedule a gel manicure for a different day) or it was an error on their end, I’m not sure. There was no option to remove the softgel service so I figured I’d just inform them when I got there that it was on there by mistake. Well, apparently it was a huge deal because four people were huddled around the computer
