I got my appointment time confused unfortunately, I tried to see if I could reschedule but no answer to say no sorry nothing it voided or anything but she made sure to get my Groupon voucher number before my appointment so she got my money . A message back to say anything would have been great . Lesson learned . It’s a shame I was super excited to try something new .

I am literally on the side of the road waiting for a tow and she would not reschedule me!

Jennifer was welcoming and so gentle with my face. She explained every step and let me know exactly what she was doing. She offers so many services at a great price.

Would not recommend. I did not receive any pre or post laser instructions. I did not notice any hair reduction. Unfortunately I bought the Groupon and I wish I did not, I truly wasted my money. Go to a different place and save your time and money.

Do not come here. It would be a waste of your time and money.
