Purchased a product for my hair by design essentials on 1-16-26. Got the product home and realized that it expired on 10/2025. I return the product with the receipt 4 days later and I am told by the cashier that there are no refunds or exchanges. I was not happy with that response and spoke with a 2nd employee who said that they do not give money back. As I explained that it was not my fault and I purchased a product that I could not use, a 3rd person came by and advised the others to issue a refund. Moral to the story... check your expiration dates. I felt that the company gave me more grief than was necessary as they sold an expired product. Hoping to get my refund in 2 days, if not I will be back with another review

So far this beauty supply hasn't disappointed. It is the closest one to my home so I was ecstatic to see when it was coming. I have been to this beauty supply a few times now and every time has been pleasant. One thing I've noticed so far is the employees change a lot, Not the owners, just employees that interact with the customers. I was helped by 2 different people in the wig section on 2 separate occasions, both helpful and professional and knew the products I questioned. My recent visit there was another cashier, very pleasant and professional. I wear and buy wigs as gifts so I'm in beauty supplies multiple times a week.
