I’m extremely disappointed with the way my mother was treated by one of your employees. She doesn’t speak English fluently, and instead of showing patience or offering help, the employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly frustrated with her. No one deserves to be treated like that especially not for something as simple as a language barrier. It was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. We expect better from a business that serves a diverse community. Please train your staff to treat all customers with respect and basic human decency, regardless of their language. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your entire company.

Really impressed with my first experience there today. Definitely will be back. She pays attention to detail and gives suggestions. I never had an eyebrow technician so nice and knowledgeable on what she was doing. Definitely be back.
