My massage was amazing! It was the perfect balance of therapeutic and relaxing. Karalyna seemed to know exactly where my trouble areas were and addressed them without me having to point them all out. She asked questions and listened to concerns to learn what would make me most comfortable and make me feel my best. I highly recommend Mushroom Grove.

I get massages twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I couldn’t ask for a better massage therapist. She does absolutely everything she’s supposed to, including wearing gloves for proper infection control, which I really appreciate. She’s amazing at finding and working out all of my tight spots, and she always focuses on the problem areas that need the most attention. Every session leaves me feeling so much better. Truly the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! 10/10 Highly recommend.

I’m honestly confused by the overwhelmingly positive reviews, so I want to describe my experience clearly — especially for anyone with sensory needs or anyone who expects a traditional, professional massage. I’ve been getting massages from licensed, certified massage therapists for about 25 years. This was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced — and not in a good way. The therapist wore vinyl gloves for the entire massage without asking, without mentioning it beforehand, and without checking for latex/vinyl allergies. This is not standard practice in spa or therapeutic massage, and it drastically changed the feel of the entire session. The gloves removed almost all warmth and subtle touch, making the experience cold, artificial, and uncomfortable. My nervous system simply could not relax
