I had such a wonderful experience at my appointment with Melanie! She was professional, kind, welcoming, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire service. Melanie took the time to walk me through proper lash care, explained the full process, and was thorough during the consultation to ensure my lashes turned out exactly how I envisioned them. Since this was my first time getting lash extensions, I truly appreciated the extra care and attention to detail. The studio was also clean and well organized—you can tell she puts so much thought and love into what she does. I highly recommend Muse Artistry!

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Melanie is so professional, kind, and sweet! I got my lashes done for the first time for homecoming and I was a little nervous! Melanie walked me through the whole process and explained everything to me (how to clean them, take care of them and when to come back in for a fill)! I love my lashes so much and I’m very very satisfied with how they look!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Melanie and Muse artistry. This is one of the best eyelash experience I’ve had. The adhesive she uses and her application technique were incredible. Sometimes with the volume lashes, I’ve noticed an additional bonding agent that is placed near the base. The agent would irritate the base of my natural lashes. The ones Melanie applied were close enough to the root without clogging the natural pore of the lashes. I was so impressed with her knowledge and education that she provided on lash extensions. I moved to Cleveland in a year ago, but I’ve been wearing lash extensions for over five years. I was blown away by Melanie‘s level of expertise, attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge. Driving up to Brunswick was 100%
