I've been suffering from horrible headaches for the past couple of weeks, probably due to tension in my upper back, shoulders, and neck. Jeff listened to my issues and did a FANTASTIC job with massage, stretching, and trigger point release. He explained everything he was doing and was approachable and respectful. I woke up this morning for the first time in a very long time without upper back pain - and didn't have a headache all day. Thank you so much Jeff!

Today was my first visit with MWTC. As someone who has struggled finding someone that listens to the specific needs that body requires, Jessica was great in taking the time to hear me out and applying a tailored session for my ailments. When I left, my body felt better than it has from many other recovery/treatment sessions. Definitely recommend this business.

She adjusted her method and focus to exactly what could help, targeting that area for a full hour, rather than fitting me into a pre-set mold of a routine. I really appreciated that.
