Shantel is wonderful, I have been going to her for almost 2 years, and she has helped me through a lot of different issues, be they neck, back, hips, legs, feet.

she has the touch! gentle hands but firm where needed - she finds the spots and fixes the issues appointment schedule if very flexible and accommodating place is warm, very clean and comfortable, good energy, calming and relaxing

Shantel is the best massage therapist I've ever found. She is knowledgeable and practiced in multiple styles of massage and massage techniques. She can help you determine the best option(s) for the issues you want to resolve. After one myofascial release session with her my shoulders could move in ways they hadn't in more than a decade. I've had multiple types of massages with Shantel and they have all been wonderful - I feel so much better when I walk out of her treatment room. Thanks to her I move through life more comfortably.

Had the 60 minute deep tissue massage and it was great! The hot stones were a nice surprise added bonus. I will definitely be back!
