I got my hair done by Madeline and it was the best experience!! She is new to their team and she rightfully earned that spot through her hard work! She proved to be efficient and cheerful during my appointment. I have a busy schedule with work and she bent over backwards to help squeeze me in and even stayed after hours to help me out. She communicated beautifully throughout the entire process and informed me of the steps she was taking and why she was taking them. I had corrective work done due to some box dye being left in my hair and so her communication definitely helped me make sure my expectations were reasonable. Honestly though, she exceeded my expectations. I got highlights/lowlights done in my dark brown hair with leftover box dye in it and she managed to get it a lot lighter tha

Had a great experience with Maddy today for my first visit. The salon has a professional (but not tense!) vibe, which made it easier to communicate what I wanted. Maddy did a really good job with my hair, matching color, thoroughly rinsing, and styling nicely. As for the set up, I particularly liked the headrest cushion in the washing bin, which was really comfortable. Definitely coming back!

Gabriela is amazing! What I love the most is how carefully she listens to what I’m asking for. She not only understands my vision but always makes it even better than I imagined. I completely trust her with my hair.
