What a waste of $50. I went to her for about 2-3 haircuts so far over the course of 5 years and never had that much of a problem - until yesterday. Usually when I go, I tell her the length I want and she does her take/style on it. Usually I'm fine with that but this time - I told her specially, keep my hair long and don't take too much off. She chopped off so much, shredded it to pieces by thinning it so much (which I didn't ask for) and it looks horrible. My hair was long and full, and not it's thin and ratty looking. I gave her clear instructions and she still refused to listen. She even asked me if she wanted me to stop cutting and I said yes, and she still kept cutting. Such disrespect. Avoid at all costs. I have been going here since I was a young kid. The owner really knows what she is doing, and does it with care.
