Mug and Mane Barbershop

Tried this place TWICE and both times my child left with a bowl cut. We will continue to use Tony’s real barbershop on higley and southern. Was hoping this place would be our new barber

I was excited for these guys to come to Mesa, but they must not want business. I first tried coming here a few months ago and it was empty except for two barbers and one guy in a chair. I was told I had to go online and schedule an appointment and that they wouldn’t take a walk in. I decided to go down the street to another barber instead. Today I scheduled an appointment in advance, arrived on time, and found the place locked up with all the lights off. Waited a few more minutes to see if someone was just running late coming back from lunch, but no one showed up.

First time to the shop and me and my son got some good cuts. So we will be making this our barber ❤️ Didn't catch the spelling of the name but you did a awesome job on us. . service date. 5/9/2025

I made an appointment for 9 o'clock and no 1's here. And then they canceled

Shout out to AJ! I decided to try this barbershop since there was some advertising for it. AJ is a good guy. So I decided to get a cut from here looked 100% dope but there was a spot on my head I didn't look at that was standing out. I reached out to their IG account and asked if Aj was available to help out again He reached out personally and was apologetic about the cut and offered to fix it for free. He mentioned he was straight out of barber school and is still learning which is ok. I work in customer service and know the value of keeping customers happy. And AJ went above and beyond to get me right. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you again Aj For the service
