Mud & Honey - Salon & Boutique

This place is like a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. I tried them three years ago. Options in Cedar Falls are limited. Awful experience. My hair was orange! Tried again, different stylist three years later. Blonde this time. Looks awful. Expensive. Overpriced and rude. Never again. If you know what a good “color” is supposed to look like. When you can show a photo and they are able to come close, that is a good colorist. My hair has skunk streaks. I should have gone to WalMart and saved $150… Pass on this salon. I am just going to start making the drive to a real salon in Iowa City or Bettendorf. Pass on Ashley as your colorist. She has zero confidence. Does not know what she is doing and will ruin your hair! Then argue about it! Then charge you $175.

Love getting my haircut and colored at Mud & Honey. I appreciate not only the quality service I receive, but also that the atmosphere. The front of the shop has lots of cute items to look through, whether its apparel, cards, home décor and more. Makes the time go by quickly when you wait for your color to process!

Kendra & Molly are just the best stylist. They listen to what my likes & dislikes are & always make sure I am happy with the out come before I leave. Also love to visit with both of them during my haircut. ✂👵😊

Love Mud & Honey! On top of their super cute boutique, the stylists are amazing! You will always receive great service in this salon. 5/5 stars for sure!

Mollie is a great stylist. Took the time to know what I wanted and delivered! Already have my next appointment. She took me as a new client and fit me in within a week. Highly recommended!!
