I paid in advance for a 60-minute massage and expected an uninterrupted session, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. The therapist stepped out of the room multiple times, and although my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, the massage didn’t begin until 2:48 PM and ended around 3:33 PM — so I did not receive the full 60 minutes I paid for. I also booked appointments for two people at the same time, but upon arrival, we were told my companion would need to wait an additional hour for her session. This was confusing and disappointing, especially since the booking system allowed us to schedule together. Such a wonderful place. I have fibromyalgia and am currently having a flare up. I walked in this morning and they got me right back with no wait. I had a 90 minute amazingassage. I feel soooo much better. I have been coming here for a couple of years actually and I never have to wait long to be seen. I love this place. It's so convenient and they are always very nice and clean and thorough with the massages.

I’ve been here over a dozen times and have gotten massages from several different massage practitioners here. But no matter who does my massage, every one has been phenomenal. They are all professional, courteous, competent and friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful and clean. Their pricing is straightforward and fair. Highly, highly recommend.
