The work of the stylist was great. We enjoyed the quickness with getting in and out for appointments. Appointments with the stylist started on the and were very straightforward. The 2 star score is due to customer service. The customer service can be improved. My child went to the shop several times within the last year, but was dropped as a client due to crying. The stylist was asked about crying and tender headed children prior to the first appointment and during subsequent appointments- she expressed no issue. Instead a call was received from the stylist on appointment day (day before school) asking if my child could be made to not cry. Exceptional service by Deanna. My daughter's have had the benefit of her talented styles for years. Highly recommend.

Tonya is the "goat". I walk out of there every time feeling brand new. Eveyone that works there is so down to earth.
