MT Nails & Spa

This place has no customer service what so ever !! I brought my 75 year old disabled Veteran in for a routine manicure/pedicure on 12/7/25 at 11am as a Walk -In thinking we would be able to be accommodated as there door sign says “Walk ins available “. When we walked in the man opened the door not a word to any of us , not a “Good Morning “, “How are you “? Not a word to any of us . Of course he had no available appointments. He was very rude and would not even make any eye contact to talk to us , he just walked away with no care in the world . I will never go back to this horrible place that has no customer service.

My husband scheduled mani and pedi for my daughter and I appointment was confirmed by staff .on arrival they only scheduled one... second time this has happened....bad business!

Took two kids in to get their nails done. I can’t say I have much in the way of experience with nail salons, however I found the place very nice. It was well lit and clean. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. There was minimal wait time for service. The kids were happy with the results. I am sure we will be back again.

Not terrible nails, but I got gel nails and my cuticle was sliced by the electric nail file and I had to request a bandaid because it was bleeding so much. My youngest sister was treated very well, but my middle sister was disappointed with her gel manicure. Apparently the pedicure service is better, but we won’t be returning.
