MSL Facial & Oral Surgery

I can't thank MSL and their staff enough for my molar extraction. I hadn't been to the dentist in many years and was terrified of going and getting this tooth pulled. Dr Banky and all the staff there made me feel really comfortable and talked through ALL of my questions and were extremely honest about it all. My tooth was a pretty bad case and certainly a "difficult" one compared to others. Dr Banky and his assistants got that thing out in less then 10-15 minutes. No pain at all. Really cant thank them enough and will come back here 100% if i ever need another dental surgery.

The front desk was very nice since the first time I called requesting a visit. I had one of my wisdom tooth removed 3 days ago and I did not experience much pain not even the first day just a little discomfort ( I did took ibuprofen the first hour after the surgery and was very consistent with the pain medication). Dr banki is really funny and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process and the procedure was super quick and easy . I would recommend Dr banki and will go with him again if I need to . 😀

I saw that Dr. Frank Paletta had less than 5 star reviews and I am surprised because the work that he has done for me and his office side presence has been superb. Dr. Paletta is one of the best oral surgeons I have experienced and we all know oral surgery is not fun. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Paletta and his dental team. The entire team has been terrific and I hope this review helps raise his star ratings because he and his team are professional, pleasant each visit, responsive, and quick. Have a great 2025 and look forward to sending patients his way.

Just had my wisdom teeth removed. It was really great, the staff was super funny. However, they did not give me my teeth back even though I asked multiple times before and after. They said it was a bio hazard….but it’s literally my bio like that’s my body parts. No. I paid for them to take my wisdom teeth out, not steal them. Lowkey extremely distraught.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here in July. The procedure went smoothly, and I would recommend Dr. Banki. However, his staff was unfriendly and was not interested in making me feel comfortable before and after the procedure. I was a little nervous going into this, and having someone brusquely prepare me for surgery was not comforting. After the procedure was over, I had to repeatedly call the unfriendly receptionist because I had over payed per my contracted price with my insurance company. They also charged me for 4 15 minute increments of general anesthesia when I was only in the building for about an hour, and under anesthesia for about 30 minutes. Two months after getting the procedure done, I would like to not be dealing with MSL anymore, but I'm still struggling to get my money back.
