Update: We went back to the nail salon to give them one more try and we had very good results with our nails being done in a timely manner and everyone was very friendly when we walked in. The service was above par. They are also one if the only places around that do color changing dip nails. We had Kelly and Nina this time and they were amazing. Nina always does a fantastic job. This was my first time with Kelly but I would definitely go back to her. I have changed my review from a two star to now a five star because I do think that the rest of the salon are very good workers. I just had the one issue with the one lady Chery and I think that they deserve now the full five stars for the way that they treat their customers. They have won back my service. DO NOT GO!!!! Nails edges was jagged and gross underneath. I should have gotten the hint when I arrived no one was there and took way to long to do. Couldn't do the design I asked, but for 100. We can do. I was in town on a business trip and needed my nails done. It took so long I had to leave but spoke with the manager about returning for correction. He said no, wait 15 minutes we do. Again. I had another appt and HAD TO LEAVE. I returned 3 separate times for a correction and they refused. The third time I went, I wasnt even acknowledged or greeted. I then took my concern to the bank. CHASE. - sorry there's nothing we can do The excess glue and powder are still there today - I have another appt at a salon with a better reputation. Bottom line - their skills may improve and hopefull

Hey girlies! If you have small amount of eyebrows and just want to come in for a brow shape. DO NOT COME. I left this place with 3 hairs on each brow. :( Also, the lady pinched me multiple times when plucking. Probably the worst place I’ve ever done my brows

This is the best nail place to go in the H-E-B area. All the ladies are super nice and they all do a great job.

Fantastic! My mom referred me and I happen to get the same lady, Crystal and she is great! Crystal took very good care of my natural nails and did a fabulous dip and quick clean up around my cuticles. I’m very happy! The price point is amazing to say the least. I will be back with my husband for pedi. Also, I love the low lighting for a true spa experience. Don’t judge the outside, because this is better than half the Southlake nail shops I’ve been going to who wrecked my nails and last a week at $80 for short dip. This place is a jewel!
