I'm another happy customer of Ms Jeanne's who has been going to her for years. I went to check her hours only to realize that I had never left a review for her. She cuts my hair just the way that I (and my girlfriend) like it. And she's a wonderful person, too. What's not to like. Forget the chain shop in Alachua, where I used to go. Just go see Ms Jeanne!

I have been going to Ms. Jeanne for years! She's fun, silly, and does an amazing haircut! Hands down the best spot in High Springs to get your hair did! Definitely call and schedule because it's just her in there cutting hair, and she books up quick! But her skills are worth the wait! I am and will always be a customer of Ms. Jeanne....... well, as long as she'll put up with me that is. 🤣😎 Phillip, your one star review is highly inaccurate and unfair. Ms. Jeanne runs that shop on her own and she does great work. She's of course going to get booked up fast. I have had weeks where I've called and tried to get on the book but she was full. The "snotty lady" you speak of, that's Ms. Jeanne and she is so far from snotty it's not even funny! Maybe you are the one with the snotty issue? 🤔

Best haircut and barber shop all around the area plus some!!! Ms. Jeanne is so welcoming and comfortable to be around. A truly great experience in a superb classic downtown setting. Amazing fade cuts and regular haircuts. She books up quickly so you might want to call for an appointment. It is definitely worth the drive even from Gainesville.

I have tried to get a hair cut twice at this place. The owner needs to go out and scratch "walk-ins welcome" off the front window. Everytime I try to get my haircut, I get some snotty lady telling me I can get a haircut next week. This is not a resource to anyone who needs their hair cut.

We took our 18 month old son for his first hair cut. Ms. Jeanne was so kind and gentle with him (and his Mom and Dad)! Our son’s hair looks wonderful, we will definitely be back!
