I never do this but- I received 2 gel manicures at $70 ea. and within a 2 week period they peeled right off- some stayed on. First time- asked if they'd redo them- No- second time asks if they'd just remove the rest because it looks ridiculous- No! I mean come on - visiting from out of town for 1 month- I've had 4 services there and a couple hundred bucks- but no we're too busy?!! Ladies spend your money else where- like where the customer matters

I had the most amazing experience at Ms Beauty Salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and friendly. The stylist did an incredible job on my balayage — the color blend is seamless, vibrant, and exactly what I wanted (actually better than I imagined!). They really took their time to understand my vision and delivered flawless results. My hair feels healthy, looks stunning, and I’ve been getting compliments nonstop! Best hair salon in the RFV, no contest. The pricing is so fair and the people who work there are all incredible, sweet, and so amazing. Ingrid is my girl! She gave me so many good recs and was honest with me about what I needed to keep my hair healthy. I get eyebrow waxing too and they're great with that too.

I went to get a partial highlight and cut and spent over $200. I specifically made a huge point to say that wanted the yellow toned out. The stylist said this was possible. I left with more yellow than I showed up with. I’m pretty upset and am having to go to another salon and pay over $100 for this to be corrected. Save your money and time. Don’t go here.

I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before! Ingrid is a gem, she was so patient, funny, and kind and the other ladies at the salon were helpful and friendly as well. I asked for Rumi purple hair and she totally delivered even with my pitch black hair! Highly recommend Ingrid for vivid colors!
