I have gotten a brazilian wax twice now, and Monique has done it both times. I was absolutely terrified the first time. I knew it would be a very sensitive spot and I know it would be painful. But I knew I wanted it clean, smooth and healthy and no more ingrown hairs. Monique talked me into getting it done, but I was scared to do the butt strip the first time, so I ended up just doing the front. She was patient and knew that it would happen eventually. Mrs. Mac Skincare is great! Monique is my go to for all things skin care. Waxing and just recently tried some of her products. The hyaluronic acid she makes/sells is amazing, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin since using. Can’t wait to book a facial .

Monique took extra time to explain the brow shaping process so I can maintain appropriately. She provided follow up instructions also. I'm not a waxing connoisseur, so I appreciated the educational slant. Office was very clean and quiet.
