Ok. First I have to say the staff is friendly and yes, the services provided are adequate. The problem comes from the lack of transparency on the prices, in addition to the language barrier. I took my daughter to get a sew in today (yes, they do that) but I assumed, like most people would, it is priced by install, right? WRONG! You are charged per row/track! Was I told? No. So for 14 tracks installed (is it 14? Who knows..cuz I didnt count..cuz I didnt know), wash and blowdry, I was charged a whopping $530!!! Oh yes, she's 15 years old btw.. And I was about to do highlights, imagine how much that would be.. so i'm genuinely asking, is this normal in the Hispanic salons? Needless to say, I will never go back there for that reason alone. The absolute worst salon experience ever! I went here for the first time to get clip-in extensions applied. I was told one price, but when it was time to pay, it was suddenly $35 more. Bianca charged me a different amount anyway, and I still gave her a tip. A week later, I went back to have the extensions removed because the owner said doing it myself could ruin my hair. While removing them with pliers, Bianca completely damaged my hair, leaving visible bald patches! Though I didn’t notice how bad it was until I got home, she tried to claim my hair was “falling out,” which was clearly an excuse. For reference, my hair is on the thinner side but was not damaged before this appointment. She even charged me almost half of the original price to remove them, and this time I didn’t tip. The la

The best Salon in Pembroke Pines. The staff are very polite and helpful, someone always gives a warm welcome. I have referred clients who are happy with the services as well. Hyde does amazing job with my perm and blow out! Bianca always does a great job with my extensions. I have been a client for over 3 years and I highly recommend Mrs. Cutz.

It was my first time at the Pembroke Pines location. I wanted to give great feedback for my stylist Ashley with the long blonde hair. It was such a great experience sitting in her chair. She has a great personality and made me feel very welcomed. She did a wonderful job on my hair. I will definitely be back to see her.

This is my first time in this salon and I love it! This place has amazing service and the staff is super sweet and helpful. Our stylist Brianna was super sweet and had a lot of things going on but still was able to put her full attention on us. My daughter showed our stylist how she wanted her hair and she replicated it perfectly. 100% recommend.
