Mr.Roberts Cuts Barbershop

The service was horrible, I went in there sat down a guy came in I showed him my reference video he said he specializes in that. I sat down in the barber seat l asked if he wanted to see the video again he said no I know what I'm doing. He was very careless and was on his phone the whole time. He kept taking breaks to answer a phone call. He rushed my haircut never even game me the trim. And at the end he never showed me what the back of my hair looked like and I when I saw it it looked like he cut random chunks out of my hair. Never going there again

Terrible. I'm visiting from California. When you walk in, no one acknowledges you. I had an appointment between 3:30p-4:00p. All I needed was a lineup and ended up leaving at 4:10 without even being seen. 3 of the barbers just stood outside smoking the majority of the time. I would recommend finding a different barber shop to book with.

I made an appointment via Google for my son the night before. There was not an option to select a particular barber. When we arrived at the location, we followed the COVID protocols that were attached to the window. Entered at our appointment time. No one greeted us and did not answer when I called out a greeting. We waited for 11 minutes past our appointment time. When I walked to the back, the barber informed me that my appointment time was not with him. He did not use Google. He proceeded to get another barber that was waiting in his car. When the barber entered, he informed me that he could cut my sons hair but it would be an additional $10 for a walk-in. I informed him that I was not a walk in and showed my appointment. He informed me I could wait for the twins, or he could cut for th

Love the Roberts. Excellent service, always on time, and my kids have supreme cuts. They’re not just Barbers they’re Artists. I can Google any design and he can do it…now that’s skills, TOO DOPE!!!

Awesome experience at this place. My man Marlo got crazy skills. Will have you looking like a million dollars. Everybody in the shop is professional and talented. You wont be disappointed.
